Made it to Vegas!

Got to Vegas yesterday. Up $16.00 so far (probably the kiss of death). Found out today they have $1 blackjack at the Riviera. Saw two different men on the street today, each holding a sign (hand lettered) saying: "Kick me in the nuts for $20.00". I don't even see that in Atlanta!. Guess I am suffering from culture shock. Everybody be safe coming out here.

The thing that surprised me about Vegas was the sheet scale of things. Just about most any city around, you can say "It's only 3 blocks away, we'll just walk". Not so much in Vegas. A block there isn't the same as most blocks

I walked into the Bellagio and couldn't get out. I stopped and ate lunch because I was tired of walking to try to find my way out They don't like to put too many way finding signs in Casino's!

Such huge places. It really is an exciting place.

The boss and I are flying out tomorrow wont be in town until around 10:30 P.M...... I guess that's when the Vegas party starts anyway!
