Magenta Nozzles misfiring on brand new head

Hey guys, I got a new print head about a month ago. I replaced dampers, wiper and capping station with the new head. since yesterday my magenta nozzles have started misfiring. I go a new head exactly because of this, I completely lost my magenta (the old head was 6 years old, so it was time for a new one.. but the problems started with Magenta) Please help! I cant loose a brand new head. I already pushed through cleaning fluid with a syringe, its not clearing the nozzles, but when I push it trough I can see at the bottom that the nozzles all have a steady stream of cleaning fluid going through. So I cant understand why they aren't pushing through ink? See test pattern attached.
When I print anything now with red/orange/pink etc I have banding again, the exact reason I got a new head in the first place, I want to cry!
I am using a Mimaki CJV30-100

Man who touches printers inappropriately.
Pull cleaner with a syringe on the head, don't push. Might just be wedging the clog further into the nozzle plate.

Basically have to either feed cleaner from cap, or pull head and set it in a shallow dish of cleaning solution.

Ok, im going to take it out and put in a bowl and suck from the top. Has anyone used acetone? is it too abrasive? or can I give it it a go. I spoke to the company where I purchased the head (in Germany, so its I cant just drive over and have them take a look..) and they seem to think the magenta ink is the problem, since all the other lines are clean. My ink supplier is not answering my emails... the head has literally printing 3 weeks now, I am devastated.

Don't use acetone. Use only the same cleaning fluid as the ink.
Which ink is it? Refillable bulk or sealed cartridges?

You don't need to pull the head out and try to suck the fluid up.
Just turn off the printer, push the head over to the left, remove the magenta dampers and use a syringe full of cleaning fluid to pulse in/out.
You could even rig a little tray of fluid under the head nozzles to soak in.

The ink only expires in SEPT 25 and I have been using the same ink I have never changed to a different brand. Its Bordeaux solvent ink

When we had this issue, it ended up being the pump. I lost my magenta nozzles too, tried the manual cleaning etc, pulling ink thru etc.. changed dampers, etc.. but still had the issue. For some reason because the pump wasn't "Sucking" at full strength, it wasnt pulling the ink thru the lines properly. Check for bubbles or any air pockets in the lines, if you see some, chances are you have the same issue. once he chnaged the pump out, it was working good as new, didn't need a new head. This was about a year ago, and our machine was over 10 years old. JV33-130 sadly this one bit the biscuit this summer, when the main board decided to go.. :( so if you need parts off a JV33-130 .. we got 1. :p
