Maintenance station dis-assembly

Hi,

I have a Mutoh Valuejet 1604

I want to remove the maintenance station as there appears to be a blockage in the tube leading from the capping unit to the waste bottle.

Can anybody paste a step by step guide on how to do this.

Also the tubes leading the the waste bottle have been cut, at the moment I've placed a cup to collect the ink until i get some replacement tubes. Would this affect the units ability to form a vacuum or does that happen before the waste bottle.

Does anybody have a part number for the 2 replacement tubes and if poss a supplier, thanks.

Your profile says;

Plotters & Printers
confidential

So how are we to know what equipment / model you have?

.

It also says;

Sign Industry Status
I am a supplier or manufacturer of sign equipment, supplies or services.

So why would a supplier or manufacturer of sign equipment not have a direct source for this information?

Just wondering what is going on here.

I'm wondering why you are being so pedantic, I just want some help with my printer.

.
Exactly, you want help with your printer.

But you didn’t state in your original post, (now edited to include), what
Printer you have.

This leads anyone who is willing to help you to take the time
to look up your profile, (as I did), to get that information.

Now that they have taken the time to do so in an attempt to help you,
They find a bogus statement about what equipment you have.

They, like me, have now wasted their time, all in an attempt to Help You.

Are you sure you don’t see a problem with this?

Take lots of pictures when you are taking it apart.

I dont have a step by step, but I bet others would like to have one if you create it.
