Smooth-on Free Form epoxy clay
Modern Masters and Sherwin Williams paints
Carved on our Multicam 3000 series CNC

lol.... we didn't do the post. It was existing. We are going to sand a repaint for him this spring.

roughly 20 hours machining.

12 hours assembly, paint & glaze.

1/2" threaded eyelets welded to 1" x 1" welded frame inside the sign. We used epoxy clay over top of the eyelet and frame to make it look more interesting.
