Many errors and the machine MUTOH VJ 1204 does not turn on after 20 minutes

Hello, can you help me !?


A week ago my Mutoh vj1204 was printing and appeared an error (E016) she got the carriage stopped and not turned off by the button.


I waited 20 minutes and press turn on button, but the same did not turn on. its not normal!


I could connect only after 6 hours, and it printed too little and came another mistake.


A manager has come here, tested the power board and is working.
Is it the motherboard that has a problem and have to change it?


I tried to run it today but did not call.


The errors that have:


E016 TLB / S [03]
E016 Ad err L / I [04]
E016 TLB L / I [02]
e066 CPU error


(I'm using google translator because I speak only Portuguese, then why errors in the writing part, sorry)

Error 16 is a main board CPU error. You can try to take the main board memory out, clean the terminal and reinstall the memory. If that doesn't help, you will need a new main board.

If the machine "Turn On" I can try to update the firmware of it, can it work?

Unfortunately no. Error 16 means that there is a malfunction in the CPU itself. The CPU is the brains of the printer, so if it fails, it is done for good.

I hung up and tirn on again, then gave the error: error AddErr-E 016 L / I [04]


They told me that cables can be flats as well.
