Mark Scan Error

Okay, I have an FC7000-160 here, I've cut plenty of prints using reg marks and the ARMS on the graphtec.

For some reason, I am going to cut some stickers out for my little cousins Christmas present, and the plotter reads Mark 1... then Mark 2... then it looks like it reads Mark three and gives up and goes back to mark 1 and says "Mark Scan Error".

I found another thread about this error here:
http://www.signs101.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7033&highlight=mark+scan+error

...but what is confusing me is the plotter reads 2 fine then stops on the 3rd.

I am using Cutting Master through Illustrator, and I tried it through Corel X3 with the same results.

Anyone help a brother out?
Thanks!

nevermind. Looks like I didn't have enough blank space on the lead edge. I had to cheat it with a new origin point.
