Don't you find buying from Orbus is like supporting your competition? Is WS a trade only supplier? I'll check them out.

I've sold a lot of their retractables. I will say this - they are some of the highest quality mechanisms you will find including the carry cases. They simply do not compare to the cheapo generic ones on any way.
Orbus has good quality as mentioned, Testrite, Expand Media, and Expogo also all have excellent products. I've sold all of them along with piles of the cheapo Chinese ones. All depends on the clients expectations as to which I guide them to.

I gotcha, and that is how it will probably stay. I don't sell enough to be very important to these companies, however I was wondering what everyone else is doing. Sounds like the same as me. Offer the Ferrari at times and others the Volkswagen.

If you do a Google search for banner stands - 75% of the companies that show up are just OEming or re-branding Orbus, so you might as well just go to them. I use WS Display alot. Yep, they do sell SOME orbus products and they are not always higher. Orbus will cut them a deal one month on something like the Barracuda if they buy 5,000 or something like that and then WS can run a special on them at a lower price than you could get from Orbus - at the time. Creative Banner also resells Orbus and others.
Testrite makes their own. A little more pricey, but its good stuff. Expand isn't as high as you would think. Its all i put into banks.
I go to the shows each year and hook up with a few Chinese companies and bring in an inexpensive stand for $19 and throw in a polypro graphic for short term/one time use and sell them for around $75 for those that must have really cheap due to budgets and its actually a pretty nice stand.
