The last sign I made like the attached picture was ACM. I'd like to know what others in the trade would use. Size will be 24" wide x 16" deep.

How and Where: Historical district for a photo studio.

Two-sided.

It will be hung perpendicular to the building on an iron bracket.

Approximately 9' above the sidewalk and 15' from the first lane of traffic where the 25mph speed limit is merely a suggestion.

Historical district limits square footage, projection from building etc.. From what I was told it's close to the limit.

if it is going to be free hanging by the two holes, .125 is the better option to reduce the swinging in the wind

We'll probably put a cable stay in the lower corner. Did that on the last one. Keeps the movement in check and adds another safety.

Of course I had some street scum hang onto the last one I did until they ripped the ACM right off the mounts. Took less than a week.:frustrated:

Second one stayed up after I plated the mounts with flat bar.
