Material for Dasher Board Signage - Latex Compatible

We have an opportunity to produce a significant amount of signage for a sports team. They want to cover their dasher boards with 8' X 4' signs for their sponsors. What type of material would be best suited that is also compatible with our HP L25500? It is going to take a beating.

I know we could outsource this, but for simplicity and for ongoing changes and repairs, we would really like to keep it in house.

We use Oracal 3651 with the 210 lam, and have no problems or complaints. We do a few hundred a year for 8 rinks here in the area.
