Material question for a Window perf install

Hi there. I have a customer that want to cover his shop windows with perforated vinyl.
I have 60/40 perf purchased from Big Fish for car installations and for the window too.
But, what threw me off, the customer want a one-way perf that will be installed on the inside. If something like that available at all?
He wants print to be seen from outside but he wants it installed on the inside of the window.
Basically, he wants me to print on the "adhesive side"

Is there a specific material for that, or is there a trick that can be used to install it this way?
I could use slightly bigger laminate on the adhesive side, but then I would have to have some clear area around the print to be able to stick that laminate to the window.

Thanks for your help.

PanoFilm is a perf that is non-adhesive, and you facemount with the Panorama Tape ( clear adhesive). You only apply the tape to the outer edges, not a full laminate.
Fellers sells it, as some other I am sure.
