Matte Overlam (NO SHEEN)

Hi I'm looking for 10 mil super fine textured MATTE overlam. So far I tried Kapco's "PSA 10 mil Velvet Polycarbonate" which is identical to Drytac's "Polycarbonate PPC-10"
They were spot on as far as the thickness and texture but still had a small amount of sheen (not completely flat)
I'm trying to duplicate the same effect of a decal from another unknown vendor so I know such a material exists.
I've exhausted all my suppliers but they are out of ideas.

do you have a good picture of this decal your trying to mimic material wise?

Did you checkout Kapco's KJ10TEXTURED? It definitely has a flat finish and a very nice texture.
