MDO Edges

Any tips or pre-made materials to finish the edge on MDO for a tabletop? We were going to skim it with body filler but thought there may be a simpler way.
We also have some pine veneer but it always seems to be a bit delicate

I use a good coating of Gorilla wood glue on the edge of MDO. It soaks in and dries smooth.

We tried it all over the years. Exterior wood glue, paintable chaulk, epoxy...they all were about the same.

For a table top, I'm assuming a work table, the best thing to do is apply plastic T molding such as below:

Thanks, that's the ticket! Never thought about using gorilla glue either, has to be easier than filler
