measurement problem hp latex 365

Hello everyone, my printer is HP Latex 365. When I load the media roll, it does not take the width of the material, but it gives me the physical measurement of the printer, knowing that it was previously working very well before I lost the old computer, and I do not know the cause of the problem now.
Does anyone have any idea how to address the issue?

Replace the Line sensor.

Or you can first try to clean the line sensor.

also, check if there is a piece of anything on the path when the sensor travels, check for the side holder if it has ink that caused the sensor to read something different.... it happened to me.
