Media Flange Guides

My Sp-300V came with some very basic media flange guides that have a tendency to not stay very snug in the media cores. On Roland's web site I see they have media flange guides that appear to have a knob which I presume is some type of tightening mechanism (pic attached). Anyone know if these are any better than the cheapos that come with the printer? Are they worth the $75.00? Thanks for any input.

they are better, since that crank expands the side that goes into the core, they do lock in fairly well. I've know people to use similar flanges from other brands, simply because they are much cheaper to buy.
