we tried it on our JV3, and i dont know if it was just a coincidence or if it is linked but not long after words we started getting severe ink starvation, from the magenta cartridge we used. we switched it out back to our normal ss2 and the ink starvation stayed, waiting on a replacment damper and priming syringe before we can get the machine back to normal.
It was coincidentaly the same line from the cartridge that we were testing the new ink with that went out. We only tried the one magenta ink and left the others the same.
