It doesn't exist as a font as far as I can tell. You might want to get on Ebay and buy one of the old Letraset kits still on there and scan it in.

I have tried to find this particular font "Melissa Inline" for a client for a week and have had no results. Have searched "1001 fonts" and went to "Typography.Guru" with no luck.
I get nothing for Melissa Inline. There is a font simply named Melissa you may want to look at and, if it's it, you can add your own inline or outline ad needed. Here's a link to it:

What would help would be for you to upload a picture of it. It may be identifiable under a different name.
