My menu skips functions now, no more 17 INK STATUS and others missing, it goes from 16 to 18. I was able to get it to find it by hitting some other options but I cannot get it to show after hitting ENTER. I shutdowned the machine a few times with no luck. Is there a download for the 1204 to correct this?

Hit menu then scroll up until you see, "Selection". Hit enter. Now you will have a list of all the menus available. Some will have *s next to them and some won't. The ones without an * won't show up on your standard menu. Hit enter to add the * to the menus you want to show up.

Good to hear! Yeah different firmware has different menu names just to keep us techs on our toes.
