Metal to Sintra

I've mounted some printed photos to 1/8" (3 mm) thick Sintra and I wish to affix one of these little sawtooth hangers to the back. Obviously there isn't enough thickness for a tiny screw, so what would be the best glue/adhesive to stick the metal hanger to the Sintra? I tried banner tape but it didn't work.

Thanks, I'll go get some 2-part epoxy.

Small bottle of liquid nails, or if you have any VHB lying around.... that stuff would wax a buffalo.
