We all know The NY Mets are going to come back and win a 4 game in a row against the Royals for two reasons: One Royals beat LA (hate the dodgers) and Two they are NL is always the better league.

I can't imagine that a contest featuring grown men playing catch and trying to hit a ball with a stick might be of interest to more than a handful of organisms in the entire galaxy. That being the case I never ceased to be amazed at the religious fervor of the masses microcephalics who seem to think that the outcome of one of these contests is actually important and that it will have any effect on anything.

Well, I'm no pinhead, but I do like to listen to the game on the radio or watch AA ball live, where it's not all about the money and more about winning. I used to play baseball, football and wrestled in school and playground leagues. I made lotsa friends and some still are to this day. Learned to work with others and a much needed skill for everyone...... teamwork.

Like everything else, it's become so commercialized, it's not worth the time it takes up anymore and the salaries of these guys...... frickin' ridiculous. When you see these players who get paid the amounts they get paid, then spit on an umpire..... well, I lose all respect for that player, the people behind him and his family. He should be thrown out of not only the game, but the sport entirely. No room for little crybabies at those prices.
