Mileage Tracking iPhone App

Anyone here use one? My accountant kinda got on me for not being as diligent in the previous year of tracking all my work stuff. There are a bunch out there, and every single one seems to have good and bad reviews. I don't want to pay anything annual, but I'd pay for a good one up front no problem. Anyone using anything like that that you like it?

When you can't find an app with enough 'PROS' develop yourself. Sounds like what your after is simple enough.
