Mimaki 1d8 error

Hi to all,

I when starting a Mimaki JV300 printer I get this message "1d8 head Xhot"
I can't find this error in the maintenance manual

It should have a number in brackets after the error. So for example, 1d8 head Xhot [1] or 1d8 head Xhot [2]. The number tells you which head is damaged. Unfortunately it means the head is over heating due to a short. It could be bad head cables but it's most likely the head.

Hi there is my first time posting here, i have a CJV 150-130 Mimaki and i hace this same error. In your case what did you do first, change the cable or change the head instead.
