MImaki BOOTS but hen says close a cover!!!!

Okay so repaired Mboard and cables Now it says Close a Cover...the right side ...front cover is closed and the far end on the left is on where else could it be all the backs and covers on on...is it maybe a plug????? Thanks

take off that magnet on your cover for one thing and stick it on your cover sensor. that alone might do it. you really need to be able to open the cover during printing. i took mine off. how did the cable thing go? sounded like a nighmare.

gotta wiggle that magnet a bit to get it to register as closed.

i removed mine from my cover and it sits permanently attached to the sensor so that I may have my cover open during print. for many reasons, this is a great thing to have.

I have the magnet thing off of my door and it is in the place where it would set if the door was closed i have had it that way for years.......it will also say it if the cover is off down the way........to the left I wonder could something not be plugged in the main board right???
