Mimaki CG130SR3 not reading intermediate crop marks in SL10

I recently purchased SL10. Setting up ques in VPM. I have my Mimaki cutter set up to read registration marks in Signlab printed in VPM. The cutter will only read 3. 1,2 then the top right for the third one. It will not read segmented crop marks. Now, I removed the segmented crop marks and selected the regular crop marks in VPM, and set it for 4. The cutter still only reads 1,2 and top right number 3. I reset the cutter to factory defaults and created a new que and it still cannot find either intermediate or 4 marks. I can tell you that I have never had so much down time in 20 yrs in business! Things should work as described. Not in beta mode. Any help wold be beneficial. Thank you in advance!
