Mimaki chip reset sensor

I purchased a mimaki jv33-160 using sublimation bulk in sb51 and everything powers up. Has bulk ink. Lights are red on the 8 empty cartridges. I bought reset chips to fix that but didn't work. Then I took cover off the cartridge area and noticed the wires to the sensor that reads the chips aren't plugged in anywhere. The bulk connector with the wires says CN13. Where does that plug in on the mimaki motor X RELAY? I don't see a female plug for it anywhere. Should it be plugged in if I'm using bulk ink? The error says <local.2> ! Car [#01] ! Cartridge MBYK
