Could be a bit crap under the head (fluff etc) that’s wiping as it prints?

try turning it to uni directional instead of bi and you’ll be able to tell if it’s an alignment issue

Do you see this overspray in all of the colors? It appears that way in the test draw. If so, then you may have a static issue. Does this occur on more than 1 media type? What position is your print head in, low or high?

the printhead is low, I get it in black, I have no static problem, all profiles have the same problem

And this happens on different medias? It would appear the black channel is going out.

Have you tried printing unidirectional?

Did you clean the encoder strip? If you cleaned the strip it could be the encoder reader.

Eliminating those two possibilities leaves electrical. Were you doing any maintenance where you bumped or removed a ribbon cable?

Could be the ribbon cables are worn out too.
How many hours on the machine? Ribbon cables are a consumable item and need to be replaced periodically.

I have it too, the only way I found to reduce the black over spraying was to reduce density in rasterlink. But my testprint is missing 2 lines, maybe this issue in my case is due to a bad printhead?
