Looks like you have a little nozzle deflection. You could try a head soak, maybe change the cap tops, if neither help, then you're probably looking at a new head. Is it causing issues with your prints?
To me, that seems much more then the deflection in your test print, that more looks like something is out of adjustment. Did you have a bad head crash before this issue started?
I don't know as I don't have a Mimaki, however, I would imagine there should be imagine, as there are for Roland. I would leave the head replacement as a last option, as it would be your most expensive option.
That’s bidirectional adjustment problem, try to print in unidirectional mode to check or adjust “drop position correction” in setup.
But your printhead seems done and need replacement, according to the nozzle test it has internal cross contamination on yellow and cyan channels
