Mimaki CJV150 Head Issue

I have a problem with my CJV. The head is under two years old and maintained regularly, the machine gets light use.
After multiple cleans the head print pattern does not change, the bottom nozzles are missing, see photo. I have input nozzle replacement fot the rows 1-8 on each of the missing colours but they do not show as replaced when printing the test pattern.
Any help either to understand nozzle replacement or to get the original nozzles back would be appreciated.

Man who touches printers inappropriately.
Might be worth swapping out the capping station and making sure to perform the adjustment.

Haven't messed with the nozzle replacement on ours yet, but seem to recall something about it not showing in test prints, or maybe there's a setting to show it.

I'd try to fix it rather than compensate. Inspect closely for damage, head strikes deflect like that. If there's no damage check for something stuck to the bottom of the head in that spot, lint, vinyl, dried ink, a hair...

Like Neil said, check the wiper, if it's not centered it won't clean an edge, also a head cap not sealing, or misaligned will allow buildup of dried ink on the edge of a head. Would definitely start with wiper, cap & cleaning. Edge nozzles are sometimes stubborn to recover when they start clogging, if there's no damage you may have to do lots of soaking & cleaning for it to come back.
