Mimaki CJV150 Print issue (blur)

Hi,

I have just bought a 2 years CJV150-75
the print test is not so bad but when i print something it's awfull

i have clean encoder strip
make ink fill soft and standard
i print on vinyl

Is the head dead or something else

Check your media compensation and bidirectional settings?

i print for my test on Unidirectional and i have
and I settled the feed compensation

Might be a MAPS setting issue or the head is using incorrect firing data. Seen this happen when someone bought a cheap replacement head and used the parameter chip from the old head to save a few bucks.

The printer is 2 years old no head replacement yet
