We're trying to do large graphics to print and cut. We tried one and the ink stuck together when it brought it back in to cut. Then we let one dry 10 minutes still on the roll and when it pulled it back in, it didn't do it straight. We are not sure what to do now, it doesn't seem to want to do the cut only with the crop marks, it keeps going crooked when it pulls it back in. Should we be using the front roller on print & cut?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, the person we had trained for this doesn't work here anymore and we are learning as we go.
thanks in advance
