Mimaki CJV30 PRINTHEAD LOCK and Y OVERCHARGE ERROR

Hi everyone, I´m having trouble with a Mimaki CJV30-160, the printer sopped working and I receive 2 permanent errors: “Y motor - OVERCHARGE” and “PRINTHEAD LOCK” when de machine starts up. In my country (Uruguay) we have a Mimaki dealer but the technical service has to come from another country (Argentina) and I need the help you can send me until they arrive, probably in a week or more. The printer has 10 months of normal use. Thank you very much.

Had the same problem. Seems there is a catch on the left side that was updated to fix the problem

you need a " C hook assembly"

easy install and we got ours no charge
