Mimaki CJV300-160 SS21 Ink/software question

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding ss21 ink cartridges and the Mimaki / Rasterlink software. I am embarrassed that I haven't yet been able to figure this out on my own. After being in hibernation mode sometime due to a divorce, I finally woke up the printer. Brand new cartridges, ccmmyykk. In flushing and refilling the tubing, and doing head washes, the first set of carts say that there's only 10% ink remaining. And now it wants to draw ink from the second set of four carts. Here's the kicker: A brand new cart weighs 790 G. The first set of four carts now all weigh in the 780 G range. Basically, they're full of ink. So, why the 10% designation now? Is there a setting in the printer or within Rasterlink that I can reset or disable? Thank you for any help. -Mark

No real way to get around that short of reflashing or replacing the chips. Was probably calculating cycles as it sat dormant. Are you at least getting clean nozzle checks?
