Mimaki cleaning solution question

I purchased 2 cleaning solvents from Advantage a while back. I just started the second bottle and they now only have one larger bottle per kit as to the 2 smaller ones.
I don't remember the first bottle when I started it but this second one is like just over half full 200ml although it looks like it can hold over 250 ml and on top of that the expiry date (didnt even know they had one) is 2009 11 26

I am going to use it anyways but has anyone bought these recently and wondered why the bottle is not full?

That must be a part of the new Mimaki rip everyone off for parts and maintenance program... I am sick of them constantly raising price while giving less.

well I went and looked at the older smaller bottles and they were only 100 ml so I guess this is correct. You only get 200ml.

Just while I am on the topic. I have never run the cleaning carts and for the most part my printer runs fine. I do however do daily maintenance and a weekly 60 minute nozzle wash. What exactly does the cleaning fluid through the lines actually do? Are there any signs that it needs to be done? I have had the printer for 3 years, and it prints good.
