Mimaki JF1631 - Cap Station getting hung up on right side and squeaking

Cap Station getting hung up on right side and squeaking. The left side when facing appears to move up and down as normal but the right side seems to have resistance now and will squeak and not come all the way back up to seal the rubber caps the heads.

Would love some advise on this please. Thank you

Not sure if this is the issue but I've had media jam errors along the cover of the wiping station that turned out to be a black ink stalagmite that was hard to see because that cover is black. There is a Mimaki Tech named Ethan that's out of MN that has been a huge help for me with the 1631. PM me if you want his contact info. Good Luck

Thanks Bluemoon, while I have dealt with the issue you are referring to it is not what my current issue is.
