Mimaki jv 150-130 issues

Hi Guys and gals

I have been running a mimaki jv150-130 for about a year now, and all of a sudden it started losing nozzles.

The company I purchased from sent me a capping station to swap out, we did that and still the issues. They then sent a tech out and he believes somehow the printed is getting ink into the system.

I hear a weird sound though that seems to be coming from the capping station at the end of a cleaning cycle.
After multiple cleans, fill ect the head comes clean but then seems to have ink starvation as we print...

any help would be greatly appreciated

Ink starvation during the print is almost always bad dampers and/or you have an air leak along the ink supply route. What does the sound you hear sound like?

its sounds like when you blow through a tube with water in it , so I do think its air
