Mimaki technician said it was the slider board problem. But we found this ddr2 pram was broken too. 2 capacitors were popped out. I have no idea what caused this. Any one knows what these capacitors value? C61 and C37It basically means the machine isn't seeing the slider board. The official troubleshooting procedure is to check the cables that connect the main board to the slider board for damage and/or if they are still plugged in and replace if needed. The connections on the main board should be labeled (CN104/CN106) and on the slider board (CN11). Then replace the slider board and then the main board if that doesn't fix it. In my experience it's almost never the cable unfortunately. Usually the slider board but it could be any of those items.
