I have been having issues with missing nozzles on a Mimaki JV150-130 printer. I have replaced the cap and the dampers and done several ink fills, cleanings, and soaks. I can't get the nozzles to come back. I also have a magenta overspray issue. See the attached photos. I greatly appreciate any help or suggestions to help get the printer back up and running. I'm beginning to wonder if the printer head may need replacing.

Appears as though there was a head strike based on the wave. Unfortunately you'll need a new head.

My best advice is to contact your local dealer, they should either have a tech or be able to point you in the right direction.

I am based out of OKC, tends to be a pretty quick job. Best bet tends to be Digiprint heads, definitely get the one with the chip (chip has nozzle parameters programmed into it, specific to that head). Also good to change dampers and capping station if not changed already. Can either offer assistance remotely, or on site if you need.
