Mimaki JV150-160 Banding Issue on 4 pass.

Hii Guys,,,i got a Mimaki JV150-160 machine running fine and printing very sharp text & wat more...
All Looks ok with perfect quality & performances.
BUT !!!!!!!! only on 4 pass (any 4 pass profile) it giving banding on printing,,, it prints shadow image on sides along with the original printing...
Remaining all passes 6,8,12,16 all are printing fine with good quality.
Plse dont say it is bcoz of Drop position adjustments & Comp Adjustments..!!!!!
Bcoz the adjustments are fine as i get sharp printing on very small texts & letters of even 1mm size.
Any suggesions plse ...thanks in advance.

Banding

What is your humidity in your print room? Id make sure its atleast 50% or more all the time. Also check your ink limits.

it is a newly installed machine (25-07-2015).....humidity is normal,,,room temp normal....ink limits no issues.....bcoz all other profiles & passes are printing very fine.
