Mimaki jv3 130spII - new issue today....

I have to reprint a few jobs as I noticed the prints look a bit fuzzy. I looked close with a magnifying glass and can see dots of magenta along one side of what should be black. I cleaned the heads but still see it. How is it that the printer was printing fine Friday and then Monday we have issues?

Sounds like the magenta head is out of alignment. Are you getting good test prints?
Was the capping station dirty over the weekend? I have had issues with a dirty head/capping station staying connected while sitting over the weekend.
We always try to make Thursday or Friday the day of weekly cleaning for our Mimaki's so that they're clean for the weekends.

I ran a 70 minute nozzle wash Friday and cleaned them today...just strange how it comes out of nowhere. If I print slowly they look fine although you can still see a bit of magenta leaking out.
