Hi

I just change the ink to Inktech in my printer.
After the empty and filling process there where som problems with all colors.
After many STRONG cleaning Black, Magenta and Yellow runs smooth.
I can't get cyan through.

I then used some help from the forum.
I used syringe to get ink in the damper.
It still didn't work.
Then i would do a nozzle wash but when i put solvent cleaner in it won't stay in the cup for cyan. It runs through to to wastebottle.

Sorry for my english, hope it makes sense and you can help.

Thanks
Anders

Hei.

Send mig en PM, så sender jeg en Maintenance Manual.

In the back of the printer, under the capping station, is a cover, loosen the 4 screws (just loosen, don't remove), take off the cover, you will see the pumps.

Switch the hoses coming from the head that does not pump, with the other side of the pump... You will move the problem to the other head, but will be able to pump...

This have been a great help !

I switched the hoses and it looks allright.
One of the hoses in cyan is still empty.

Could it be a damper that needs to be replaced or should i try to use the syringe trick again?
