Printer was doing fine, went to lunch and when I started to print after lunch, no majenta or black. Both lines
happen to be on the same pump so I changed the pump and cleaned the lift station and the heads and then
did the extended fill ink program. The only thing I get now is the right half of the black and the right half
of the majenta. Not sure what to do next.

Half print

I would change the capping station first. You can test it by pulling on the four ink tubes coming off the bottom of the assembly. If when you pull on the line you get air mixed with the ink the cap is not sealing. If the cap top checks out, look at the dampers on the heads that are only firing one side, they need to show about 50% full with ink.

I have those parts at www.solventinkjet.com

i'd also be looking for possible vacuum lock. pull some ink through the pumps from the waste line. many times they pump just can't pull hard enough to get the ink through an empty head. but after it's going, it works.
