    @redline. I want to say it is like maybe .60 cents a square foot or something. It is very cheap.

    Also, Anyone who may have emailed me about the unti Fred brought it to my attention that the email I had listed was an old unused email.

    Simply put I said make offer. It is not in 100% perfect working order. Either you are interested in it or not, if not carry on....

    I want 1 million for it but won't get it so.... Someone can buy it for parts or fix it and use it, it isn't worth anymore than $3,000 on the very high end.
