I'm having a problem with just half of my Magenta printing. Any suggestions. I've cleaned, soaked, and checked wires. I'm running black and Magenta on the same head.

It might be an electrical issue. The mother board might not be sending the proper information to the heads. Your Cyan is pretty deflected as well. Before we got our JV33 we had a JV3-160 and had a issue similar with cyan and yellow. After days of techs taring the machine apart it was concluded that the mother board was bad. They replaced basically everything to get to that conclusion. If you have a service contrast I would get some techs over asap.

do a data-swap to help isolate the issue to above/below the head.

search the forums for "data swap". artbot has some easy diagrams to explain how it's done (power-down & discharge the machine's electrical before doing-so)
