Mimaki JV3 printing at small scale, Flexi 10.5

I sent some 2" color swatches and they print at 1". Weird.
Restarted, got them to print at 2".

Sent my job at 50.5" wide...it started printing at 7.25" wide! It's listed correct in the production manager, it's just outputting a baby version.

Am I missing something?

Job due tomorrow of course.

I had to export to 7.5 and open in an older version.

Okay, but now I tried a different job in Flexi 10.5, another 1" color swatch, AND IT PRINTED 8.5"!!!!!! WHAT!??

Are you using the original profiles from a previous version or 10.5?

There were some known issues of a profile swapping the scan and feed resolution that could cause this.

I'm pretty sure 7.5 profiles don't work with 10, so it couldn't be that (we upgraded from 7.6 to 10). And as far as I know, most profiles are from version 8 anyway.

The profile I'm using is for 3MIJ180.
