Mimaki Jv300-160 Help Error 70e

Hi Guys,

I have an error of 70e Heating Error coming up on my Mimaki JV300-160. I have had no issues with printing it just all of a sudden came up, I can't find this error anywhere not even in my manual, does anyone know what it is and how to fix it. When I go to printer the printer comes up with it however my platten seems to be heating up fine.

Thanks
Nicole

Is it possible that the error is 703 or 702? Error 70e is not in the tech manual. One thing that I see a lot on these machines is the that they come setup for 220 power and you have to flip the switch to 110 if you are using 110 for the heaters to work properly. The switch is on the right side of the machine and its like a little dial with a small slit that you can use a flat head screw driver to twist it to the proper voltage. Do it with the machine turned off.

Thank you I just found out it is still under warranty, so I will talk to the tech before touching anything I will mention this to him, thank you very much =)

Hi
It is not related to anything of the 220V voltage in the configuration there is an option that says external heater you have to turn it off otherwise it will always send you an alert that it is not reaching the temperature.
