Hello all,
My printer Mimaki JV300 was working fine this morning, normal shutdown, later, after a couple of hours, when I try to power it stuck on boot:
- screen turn a little white but blank
- fans are working
- led pointer of the media measuring sensor turn on (normal)
but it's just stuck like that, doesn't continue to boot up. I wait a couple of minutes to see if it'll continue then long-press the power button and it shutdown.
last year the same thing happened twice, I unplugged the cables waited a couple of minutes then tried again with no luck, left it a couple of hours and it's solved by itself!
now, I tried the same steps with no luck. even tried to plug it somewhere else same problem. last time it did this I told the Mimaki representative about it and that it's solved by itself, and asked what wrong but they didn't know (or even care).
any idea what's happening here? your feedback is highly appreciated
