Mimaki JV3160 SP Service manual needed

HI there, is anybody out there who might have the Service Manual (not the owners Manual) for the Mimaki JV3160 SP. My Cyan is not printing and I assume it is the damper or would have to get the ink into the exsiting damper. I really don't know what is going on there but this is my suspesion. I did all the nozzel washes, disway washes, custody washes, ink refill etc. All other 3 heads print fine jsut can't get the in through the cyan.
