mimaki jv33-160 missing nozzle. / channels

need help in fixing this issue possible solution

so my printer has been running well for the past 1 year and 6 months with no issue
recently i have been getting missing nozzles.. full drop out ( magenta & yellow)

issue: missing nozzle drop/color

1. I tried changing the issue of the dampers still there
2. ink is flowing into the dampers but the colors not printing
3. all other colors are fine
4. I tried nozzle washed & numerous hard cleans
5. Changed the cap top.
