Mimaki JV33-160 problems after error 202

Hello!
We had error 202 on a Mimaki JV33-160. The error came while the machine was printing. Changed the parameter #76 from 0 to 47 in the custom parameters menu, it's printing now, but the left cyan channel nozzles are firing all the time(when printing and when performing nozzle checks), leaving a cyan overlay on the print. What could be the problem?

202 is a head error.
The change of the parameter #76 is only for firmware versions v4.4 and above.

Why did you get the head error?
Why did you change the parameter?

I would go and change the parameter back to normal and do a full power down reboot.

202 generally referrs to a head ID or issue.
Did you install a new head? was there damage done? so much information is missing to tell you why and how to fix it.
