Mimaki JV33-160 start printing grainy

Hi,
My Mimaki JV33-160 start to print grainy a few days ago and all the colour have a sand texture and are lighter even if i'm using a 720x1440 at 16 steps. The engineer said is not the printer but it could be Shiraz. So i've update Shiraz but the problem is the same.

Can somebody advice? I'm behind with all the orders.

Hi k.a.s., I've changed one of the dampers and now is printing just fine.

The problem is back now. Both of my magenta stop printing. After 10 nozzle wash etc is printing again but stops after a while (20-30 mm). The dumpers looks fine. Any advices?
