Mimaki JV33-160 Strange Diagonal Print Problem

Hi Guys

I started to have an issue with my JV33 on Friday afternoon in that the media is in the machine perfectly straight but the print starts running off at a diagonal angle.

I have attached a few photos of the problem – have you ever seen anything like this before?

I have tried cleaning the machine and re-installing the software however there is nothing obvious that I can see.
